I notice things that others might skim past, and I tend to think deeper about how things work, not just how they look. Disc Profile I tend to focus on structure, facts, and doing things the right way. I like working with clear rules and expectations, and I\u2019m careful about the choices I make. I prefer to take my time and think things through instead of rushing. I\u2019m motivated by logic and accuracy, and I usually communicate better through writing than speaking. I\u2019m not a big fan of sudden changes or unclear situations\u2014if something matters, I want to get it right. At the same time, I also value harmony and steadiness, which shows up in how I support others behind the scenes. I don\u2019t always speak up, but I\u2019m always there for the ponies I care about.
